A barcode won’t scan
Most barcodes read in a second. When one doesn’t, you can type it in.
- Hold your phone six to eight inches from the barcode and give it a moment to focus.
- If it’s creased, under a library sleeve or printed very small, tap the keyboard button in the scanner.
- Type the 10 or 13 digits printed above the barcode. You can skip the dashes.
