The fastest way is from inside Pemberley: Profile → Settings → Help → Contact us. It includes the details we’d otherwise have to ask for, like your iPhone and app version.
Quick fixes
A barcode won’t scan.
Hold your phone six to eight inches away and give it a moment to focus. Still nothing? Tap the keyboard button in the scanner and type the digits above the barcode.
Goodreads says “Needs attention.”
Your Goodreads profile needs to be public for us to read it. Check its privacy settings, then tap Check again in Settings → Import & sync. Nothing in your Pemberley library is lost.
My books didn’t come back on a new phone.
Sign in with the same Apple ID you used before. If you chose Hide My Email, that’s still the same account.
